Here is my the beginning of the current chapter of my Weight loss journal.
The Fresh Start is from the Rhonna Designs Ap.
The Quote to the right was from a Facebook Post. I trimmed it and used a Stampin’ Up! Project Life card with washi tape and a retired embellishment. I just love how it turned out!
If you are interested in documenting your own weight loss journey. Check out the comments section of this post on the Kat Z Creates Facebook page to learn more about a supportive group called “Scrapping off the weight”.
I joined a really supportive Facebook group called “Scrapping off the Weight” and which has inspired my Weightloss Journal. They even helped me with my title… “The Way I was, the way I am… And the Way I want to be!”
I used a Stampin’ Up! Project Life Card and then made my Title cards in the Rhonna Designs Ap.
I also created this envelope. Watch for a video on this coming soon!
Last summer I had the opportunity to meet Becky Higgins, a dream come true… I love everything she stands for!
Today I am sharing my Project Life Layout from that day!
I used a couple of my favorite techniques on here:
1. Using one picture over multiple layouts (like the beautiful water bottles, would you expect any less and the picture of Becky signing my card.
2. The cupcakes was a 4×6 that I trimmed down from original no pre-formatting done.
3. Of course, I used the picframe on my iPhone to create 3×4 of Becky & I.
One of my first goals in 2015 was to tame my linen closet. I also wanted to start using items from my craft studio, like this retired ribbon!
Here is the result:

This year for Thanksgiving #2 we are doing buffet style.
I was excited to add my own touch with these silverware packets which were inspired by a project introduced to me by My friend Alison.
Watch this quick video to learn how I made mine.
Check out this video to see Thanksgiving swaps I received.
These cards feature Stampin’ Up! For All Things stamp set.

Can you tell which image I did on my own before watching today’s video?
This sample we made at Stampin’ Up! Inspire Create Share 2014 Convention. We had the opportunity to work with product experts.
My product expert suggested that she goes from light to dark (personal preference) but she makes a small circle where she wants the highlight, you can add color later but you can’t really remove it. Our product is called a color lifter but really it is more of a color pusher.
